Dr Chang Hok Keong is a Resident Consultant Paediatrician at Regency Specialist Hospital. A highly experienced doctor with 20 years under his belt, Dr Chang graduated from the National Defense Medical Center, Taiwan in 2002 and completed his training in Paediatrics and Paediatric Cardiology in 2008 and 2010, respectively.
